Something that may have happened when you were learning, or some bit of advice a vet can lay on a grom, a particularly sweet day, or a particularly sweet break.<br /><br />If you have experienced the joy and thrill of surfing ocean or on occassion, lake waves, you undoubtedly have become as avid a surfer as I am. Riding waves to is many things to me, many of them very personal. What I'm attempting to do here is lay down a basic history of myself and my friends who surf the shores of Southern California, generally from Sunset Cliffs in the south, to San Onofre in the north. <br /><br />Our travels may take us beyond those boundaries, and they will be recorded here. Surfing is such a unique experience, there's really nothing remotely like it that I'm aware of, and for me it is truly an artistic and atheletic venue for expression and realization.
